Well hello out there in Blog-Land… such a terrible
description (it reminds me of bog) and I’m not referring to marshes or swamp-lands. Oh lord I just checked my stats – yes we all do, don’t say you don’t!
As of 7.54pm Thursday night I have clicked over 7,000 visitors.
I am sorry that quite a number of you didn’t stay long enough to comment or hit the like button otherwise I am sure I would have offered you a cup of tea, a beer or a sauvignon blanc.
However you chose not to and that is your prerogative. Regardless of why you visited or how you came to visit I thank you. You have wandered tirelessly amongst the internet and google and other search engines to find something of interest…when in fact you just found me.. sad but true. This woman from The Land Down Under, who writes (prolifically) about any thing that enters her head.
From little things big things grow…they say.
Yes I am indebted to my regulars who hit the button, who spend time to comment and it truly is a wondrous thing that they do and I am very grateful, for those of you in other countries that have probably ventured into my domain (without realising) apologises.
Was my tag too convincing… did I lure you under false pretence? Or where you genuinely interested in finding what this woman who you don’t know from a grain of salt had written about?
as they say SPEAK OR FOREVER HOLD YOUR PEACE … SO if you have stumbled upon my site… PLEASE don’t be shy.. that’s all I’m saying.
Thank you my followers I love you all – PLEASE also remember now that I am working again I may not have time to comment on each of your posts, but I try damn hard to, for you have given me the curtesy and I shall reciprocate. If I hit the like button and don’t comment – I HAVE read your post I just can’t muster a response…it takes me a good 1.5 to 2 hours to read you all, like & comment and that’s before I even start to post anything. Without you I wouldn’t write…without your support, your encouragement and you commitment to me I would be nothing – to each and every one of you…I thank you and remember I enjoy your posts immensely and will continue to follow.
xx
You are too darn funny…you didn’t lure me here under false pretenses!!!
Phew then I am glad – thanks Mel

Seriously.. the only reason I didn’t respond earlier is because I went out for dinner, then the casino! If I had my way…I would have been in a corner somewhere blogging off my phone!!! Lol
……..Paula xxxx
Hugs and come on people don’t be shy!! We are all one big blog family! Actually, I would like herbal tea! (peppermint please)
Coming right up my lovey… I swear I don’t know why some topics enter my head at times! lol
xx
Yes I know what you are saying …addictive much…yes totally.
Thanks, Ramblings. I, too, am back at work on Monday after four months of medical leave and will face the same problem because it also takes me about 1.5 – 2 hours to read and comment on the blogs I follow. Like yourself, I actually do read them. I will have to just click like, as well.
It is a hard slog to have a blog … we appear to have rods for our own backs as they say… it is very time consuming and I hope that I am able to keep up the pace. I will understand if you or others don’t comment though so all is good
xx
Haaa haaa! I’d like some wine, then some tea. Chamomile, please. I don’t work, I’m looking. However, I am on the go with my girls, so I rarely check the blogs or e-mail. I wait eagerly for the weekends and sometimes, don’t even get to do it then. Having said that, I just love what you have to say, and I adore you, so I will keep commenting and sending you likes, just that it will take time, er, well, probably a week or two. I hope you’re enjoying your new work place Mumsy.
xoxo
You are precious precious precious
Ok wine then tea – odd combo… hmm
I adore you too and I don’t care if i takes you a while..I’ll still be here
Yes…well 1 week in and still settling in

Ooooh, so here’s a little trick of mine… I drink wine,( I used to drink a lot of red, but now it’s white), um and then, when I feel like it’s enough, I have some herbal tea or green tea to flush out some of the alcohol after dinner. I don’t feel too sleepy or tired – I bet it’s age.
MM may just try that ..though I’ve never ben a green tea or herbal drinker, or just hit the spirits and keep off wine lol….and definitely the age
Thanks for your luv lovely
