Trifextra Challenge Week 60 We are giving you three words and asking that you add another 33 to them to make a complete 36-word response. You may use the words in any order you choose.
Our three words are:
remember
rain
rebellion
Pure rebellion
I stand
against the
squall
face
body soaked
relentless rain
I weep
tears meld
hit the ground
reflection of yesterdays
knowing
time does not stand still
remember
I scream
be courageous
fight on
This is for Trifecta
I am in a slightly dark place at the moment hence the above
What is it today about these prompts? I moment I read these three words I saw somewhat of another connection to your plight.
Do you REMEMBER the day I lead a REBELLION against our dictatorial boss; the RAIN never dampen our fortitude as we stood united without a whimper, and he lost his voice yelling at us we’re fired.
You have connected well – and yes the prompts are of a similar theme it seems. Hopefully later I can write something a little more uplifting. Thanks for your version – xx
You’re quite welcomed. I’ve got to wonder if some bird had whispered somthing in the ear of the person who creates these prompts about you. This is a crazy thought which has popped into my head.
They are just prompts that I enter on various sites…don’t think there is a bird involved…but perhaps there is…perhaps you aren’t crazy
good picture of a life well lived – standing against the foe. 🙂
Hello Barbara – I thank you and yes …standing up against the world in times when it is required is an empowering feeling. x

I shall definitely have a look as I do not know of it – thank you Lacey for reading.
Thank you for, as always, creating excellent work. I appreciate the brilliance and passion that you bring to every piece you create. You are a gifted talent and we, your readers, are wondrously lucky to know you through your work and your comments. Good luck in the days and weeks to come. Hope everything turns out to be ok. 🙂
Tom , I had to re-read what you had written. My first thought was he is ‘taking the mickey out of me’, because my comments on other works are very basic, as I truly haven’t learnt to ‘read’ verse as yet. I am feeling very humbled at what you wrote about me..quite ‘gob-smacked’ in fact. Writing is like breathing to me – I couldn’t live without it and I so appreciate your kindness like others who comment in this way. Thank you also for your wishes – I hope so too. x
Tears meld together – Neat.
Glad you liked Kelly – appreciate you reading.
